PRE Management ("PREM") is an alternative asset management firm located in Oslo, Norway, and Mainz outside Frankfurt, Germany.
PREM manages property and alternative asset classes for predominantly Norwegian investors and is currently managing seven closed end fund structures: four property closed end fund structures and three private equity funds. Total assets under management are approximately € 600 million ($ 800 million).
Local presence and local expertise are the basis for all investment decisions.
Private equity: PREM has through its China funds, gained significant competencies and experience within private equity in China. PREM has ongoing relationships and cooperation with a number of Chinese and Asian private equity funds, investors and networks.
Real Estate: Through active owners, partners and affiliated resources PREM has extensive competencies within real estate transactions, asset management, real estate regulation, financing and local and regional knowledge. These competencies are key when deriving strategy, structure and management of the properties and the portfolio.
PREM works closely with ProCorp ASA, an independent corporate finance firm, during the investment period.
