About PRE Management

PRE Management (”PREM”) is an asset management firm located in Oslo, Norway, and Mainz outside Frankfurt, Germany.  

PREM was established in 2006 in connection with the creation of a specialised German property fund primarily for Norwegian investors.  

PREM has in total a staff of 15 people, 4 in Oslo and 11 in Mainz.  

PREM is managing four funds, two property funds and two private equity fund-of-funds: 

1. PRE EiendomsInvest Tyskland (“PRE I”);

1. PRE EiendomsInvest Tyskland II (”PRE II”);

1. PRE China Private Equity I (PRE China I”); and

1. PRE China Private Equity II (PRE China II”).

Total funds under management are approximately NOK 6,500 million (€ 825 million).
