PREM offers investors the opportunity to invest in both property funds and syndicated property projects.
The funds are generally organised as joint stock companies and invest in well diversified property portfolios that provides excellent prospects on both direct (high initial yield) and indirect returns.
The syndicated projects invest in individual properties or defined property portfolios using the appropriate investment vehicle for the type of transaction.
PREM currently manages two property funds: PRE EiendomsInvest Tyskland AS and PRE EiendomsInvest Tyskland II AS.
PREM also participates in raising capital for property projects coordinated by external partners.
